- Is there limousine bus from the airport to the hotel?

Not directly to the hotel, but there is a bus stop at Shin-Urayasu station for the limousine bus from Narita airport and Haneda airport, 7 or 8 minutes walk to the hotel.

Check in and Check out
- What time is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 3:00pm./Check-out is 12:00noon. This may differ depending on the package plan.
- Can you keep my luggage before check in and/or after check out?

Yes we can. We would keep your luggage before check-in, and carry them to your room before you come back and check-in.
- When are we supposed to make a payment?

Payment is to be settled upon check-in.
- Are credit cards accepted?

JCB/VISA/Master Card/AMEX/Diners Club - Is my passport required upon check-in?

Yes, we do require a passport of all foreign guests without a Japanene address at the time of check in.
Luggage
- Is it possible to send over my luggage prior to my stay?

Yes. Please send the luggage to the following address after making a reservation.

Please be advised that we cannot keep cash, valuables, fragile goods or goods that are affected by heat.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If cancelled 1 day before the arrival date: 20% of the total room rate will be charged.
If cancelled on the arrival date: 80% of the total room rate will be charged.
In case of no-show: 100% of the total room rate will be charged.*Different policy applies to group reservations and long-term reservations.

We only have non-smoking rooms. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area on the 1F.
- Do you have a laundry service?

Yes, we offer a laundry service for a fee.
After filling in the laundry bill in the room, please contact our Housekeeping.

We have some available, but it is subject to availability.

- Does the hotel offer a shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland® and Tokyo DisneySea®?

Our guests may make use of our complimentary direct shuttle bus service between the hotel and the bus terminals at both Tokyo Disneyland Park and Tokyo DisneySea Park.
- Can we send our luggage from Tokyo Disney Resort® to the hotel?

You can have your luggage delivered to our Hotel from the "Home Delivery Service Counter" on the lower level of Bon Voyage, located right in front of JR Maihama Station (charge applies).
